It began as a cough. A fever. A whisper of contagion drifting like smoke through the city streets. By morning, hospitals overflowed, their fluorescent lights buzzing like flies over a corpse.

The staff at Saint Mercy Hospital no longer looked human. Nurses glided soundlessly down hallways in bloodless-white uniforms, their faces hidden behind porcelain masks that smiled too wide. Surgeons stalked the wards in long black coats, their eyes glinting like embers through slits in bone-white visors.

They leaned close to the fevered and whispered, breath colder than the grave:

“We’re not curing you. We’re getting you ready.”

The plague spread faster than fire. And soon, the entire world became a waiting room for death.

This was no healthcare system. It was Hellcare.

Q4 2025 Producer Letter

Hello Plato,

As 2025 begins to wrap up, I wanted to share what’s ahead before we roll into 2026.

🎲 2 New Games Coming

First up, a brand-new version of Poker! This ultra-premium experience lets you keep your Chips between games, climb leaderboards, and battle in tournaments to win Chips from rivals.

For something completely different, we’re also starting work on a fast-paced picture drawing & guessing game.

More details about both will be revealed soon.

🎮 Game Improvements

We’re also rolling out some player-requested updates:

• Better translations for non-English players
• Fixes for Android devices with camera notches
• Smoother “play again” flow and improved matchmaking to reduce cancelled games

📱 iPhone 🤝 Android

By the end of the year, iOS and Android will look and feel the same—making Plato easier to explain to friends and simpler to report issues.

Monthly events will continue (Halloween is right around the corner 👻). Daily Quests are getting more free items, and Season 19 of Ranked comes with a dreamy new theme.
