We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic and experienced community manager to join our team. You will make an impact by helping us better connect with our players across our support, social and in-app communication channels. You’ll also work with our engineering team and product leadership to address live product issues and be the voice for community requested improvements.
This role reports to our VP of Growth and Community and works closely with our player Community Leaders. Success is measured by your effectiveness at sharing with the rest of the Plato team the qualitative community-fed data you’ll be exposed to every day.
