Designed to dominate battlefields with its unparalleled strength and cutting-edge technology, Riptide is here to splash, dash, and crash through any defense. 🌊

Special weapons:

• Sharkpedo-3x
  • Your bot fires 3 lightweight rockets
• Whirlpool
  • Your bot jumps and upon settling will strike any nearby bots, causing an explosion upon each collision.

If you go up against Riptide, you’re gonna need a bigger tank.

Balance in All Things

We're super excited to bring you another new update for Match Monsters. Our main goal is to make sure that every monster is useful in the right situations. To achieve this, we keep a close eye on win rates, play rates, and other data to make sure that everything is balanced.

In this patch, we're buffing several monsters to make sure they're as powerful as their peers. Fear not, no monsters were nerfed in this update! We hope you enjoy playing with the updated monsters and let us know your thoughts.

The following monsters have been rebalanced:

Gr1ff-E

• Lowered mana from 5 to 4

Gr1ff-0n

• Lowered mana from 5 to 4

Rituki

• Lowered mana from 7 to 6
• Sacrifice Ritual:
  • increased attack from 10 to 15

Ritukong

• Lowered mana from 7 to 6
• Sacrifice Ritual+:
  • increased attack from 20 to 25

Grumchum

• Lowered mana from 7 to 6
• Thrash:
  • increased charges from 1 to 2

Garbaric

• Lowered mana from 7 to 6
• Thrash+:
  • increased charges from 2 to 3

A new Match Monster appears - Rituki 🌋

Rituki, the guardian of the volcanic island, harnesses power through ancient sacrificial rituals, drawing strength from the energy of the earth and the offerings made by the island's inhabitants. Fiercely protective of its territory and those who respect the island's traditions, it commands respect and loyalty from the island's creatures and has a deep, almost spiritual connection to the volcanic landscape it calls home.

• Rituki's Sacrificial Ritual ability removes each berry from the board, sacrificing them to add to its status charges
  • heals for 10 health
  • Once status charge hits 5 or higher, Rituki attacks opponent for 10 damage and reset charges to 0
• Rituki evolves into Ritukong
  • Sacrificial Ritual+
    • heals for 15 health
    • Once status charge hits 5 or higher, Rituki attacks opponent for 20 damage and reset charges to 0

A new bot emerges - Shinobi 🥷

The wait is finally over.

Introducing Shinobi, a master of shadows on the battlefield. Inspired by the elusive ninjas, this tank strikes with deadly precision and vanishes without a trace. Cloaked in mystery and forged for stealth, the Shinobi Brawlbot is your secret weapon against any foe. Embrace the unknown and conquer with the power of the unseen.

Special weapons:

• Teleport Shuriken
  • Your bot teleports to another spot and launches shuriken. Takes 3 turns to cool down.
• Poison Gas
  • Your bot launches a poison gas grenade, damaging nearby bots that make contact with the gas. Takes 3 turns to cool down.

You will never see their attack coming.

Gr1ff-E's neural network charges its Scalar Beam with power each time it uses its ability. It grows stronger and stronger as the battle goes on.

Despite its mechanical nature, Gr1ff-E has an endearing personality, making it a beloved companion for trainers and tech enthusiasts alike.
